Shop purchases > If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it in our boutique within 14 days from the time of purchase. The rules for this can be found below.
Buy webshop You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs (provided the entire order is returned). Only the costs for returning from your home address to the web shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due from your return as soon as possible (provided the product has already been returned in good order) .

Shop vs. Webshop Items that are bought in our boutique can only be exchanged or returned in the boutique and can so cannot be returned by post. All purchases made through the webshop can be returned by post or in the store.

Free collection service Boutique span > When choosing the option "Pick-up in Boutique", the order will be ready for you immediately after receiving the payment. The 14-day return right starts from the moment of payment. If the order is collected later than these 14 days, the consumer no longer has the right to exchange / return.
