If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it in our boutique within 14 days from the time of purchase. The rules for this can be found below.


Buy webshop
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs (provided the entire order is returned). Only the costs for returning from your home address to the web shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To use this right, you can register your return register via this page. We will then refund the order amount due from your return as soon as possible (provided the product has already been returned in good order) .

Exchange
Do you want to exchange your item for another size? Register for an exchange on this page.
Then you can return the return (at your own expense). As a tip we would like to give you to provide your package with a track & amp; trace code. Without proof of shipping with track & amp; trace code, lost shipments are not credited. Sending mailbox mail is always at your own risk.

Shop vs. Webshop
Items that are bought in our boutique can only be exchanged or returned in the boutique and can so cannot be returned by post. All purchases made through the webshop can be returned by post or in the store.
Return
The item comes with our price tag, is undamaged, never worn / washed and should also have no tobacco, perfume, or makeup stains.
Store-bought accessories & amp; we do not take back shoes. Accessory purchased via the webshop & amp; shoes because of the distance selling legislation.
Return shipping costs are for your own account.

When choosing the option "Pick-up in Boutique", the order will be ready for you immediately after receiving the payment. The 14-day return right starts from the moment of payment. If the order is collected later than these 14 days, the consumer no longer has the right to exchange / return.
